This modern business model allows Producers to access designated land lots within Sohava Estate (with different lot sizes depending on need), enabling them to plant high-value premium crops or operate cattle, aquaculture, poultry farms or other agri-businesses — without the hassle of government red tape or complex negotiations with local landowners.
